Any of these shortens the call. The brand and the model number decide whether the part comes on the first visit.

Models and their ages

From each rating plate, with a rough year of purchase; the model decides which filter, gasket or hose fits.

Error codesAny reminder on a display

A clean-filter light, a descale prompt or a vent warning, written as shown.

ProblemsWhat has changed lately

More frost, flat-tasting ice, gritty glasses, damp towels, a musty drum, a louder fan, a higher bill.

When it was last done

The last coil cleaning, filter change, exhaust cleaning or descale, even a rough guess, and who did it.

Before
you call.

Are you connected to any appliance maker?
No. We are an independent service business and no manufacturer directs our work. Seeing a brand here means we look after its appliances and implies no tie to the company. Work the maker's own warranty still pays for goes through the maker's network, and we can tell you what that paperwork should say.
We are tenants. Who should book upkeep on the appliances?
Whoever the lease makes responsible. Built-in appliances often belong to the owner, while a washer and a dryer may be yours. Settle the bill with the landlord first and add the landlord's or property manager's details in the notes, so a copy of the service record reaches them.
How do I move a maintenance visit?
Call the office with the address and name a day that works better; a gate code, a parking note or a pet to keep in can go on the same call.
Do you charge to answer an upkeep question by phone?
Never. The booking form states the trip fee before you press send; the visit itself is priced at the house once the appliances have been looked over, and nothing is slipped onto the bill afterward.
