Book a visit
Book a home appliance
maintenance visit.
One short form books a maintenance visit for one appliance or the whole house, and no card details are taken. Nothing is owed until a technician has looked over your appliances and told you what the visit covers.

What the form asks,
and why.
Your notes are read at the office before the van is loaded, which is how the right water cartridge, grease filter, gasket or hose ends up coming along. The request binds you to nothing, and the price of the visit is set only once the technician has stood in front of the appliances.
Have the model number to hand if you can find it: where each appliance hides its model and serial covers the usual places.
Rather talk? (844) 879-5178Step oneWhich appliances and how old
Refrigerator, freezer, wine or beverage unit, ice maker; oven, range, cooktop, hood, microwave or steam oven; dishwasher; washer and dryer; the make of each, gas or electric, roughly how old, and when anyone last cleaned the coils, changed a filter or cleared the exhaust. That decides how long the visit runs and which filters, gaskets and screens go on the truck.
Step twoMorning or afternoon
Morning or afternoon. A laundry visit goes best when no load is in the drum, and a kitchen visit when nothing is baking or thawing.
Step threeRoom to reach each appliance
Where each one stands (kitchen, pantry, garage, basement, laundry closet), whether the dryer vents through a wall, the roof or a long attic run, and where the water valves and the breaker panel are. A clear path to the back of the laundry pair saves the most time.
After you book,
the visit.
The three steps above are the booking. These four are what happens once a technician is in your home.
What services costA walk around the house first
The technician looks at each appliance on the list running normally, notes its age and rating plate, and checks the gas shutoffs, the water valves and the breakers before touching anything. Every cleaning step starts with the plug pulled or the breaker off and, on a gas appliance, the burners cold.
Cleaned, checked and adjusted
Coils brushed and vacuumed, gaskets wiped and tested, filters and screens cleaned or changed, spray arms cleared, lint pulled from the exhaust run, burner ports opened, hood filters degreased, hoses and feet checked. Nothing is ordered or replaced without your say-so.
Wear parts before they fail
Water filters, hood grease filters, door gaskets, supply hoses, lint screens and common drain filters often travel on the truck. A gasket or a filter for a rarer model is ordered; put the model numbers in the booking and it can arrive with the technician.
A service record for the house
Before leaving, each appliance runs a short cycle so you can hear and see it working, and you get a written record of what was cleaned, what was changed, what is wearing and when each item is next due. Anything that already needs a repair is noted plainly, with no pressure to book it.
Before the
technician arrives.
Three things that make the first visit the only one.
What a code meansHeat, gas, a leak or a scorched smell? Keep it off
If the laundry smelled scorched, a burner smelled of gas, a hose leaked, or anything gave off a burning smell or tripped a breaker, do not run it again to check. Leave it unplugged, the gas and water valves closed and the breaker off, and say so in the booking: that visit is a repair first.
Gather the paper trail
The owner's manuals if you still have them, the dates of the last filter change or coil cleaning, receipts for past repairs, and any reminder showing on a display. That history lets the technician put each appliance on the right schedule.
Clear the fronts and the backs
Empty the dishwasher and the washer drum, take out anything stored on top of the dryer or in front of the refrigerator kick plate, move the step stool from under the hood, and clear a path to the laundry pair and the garage freezer. Pets in another room make coil cleaning a lot calmer.
