No page for my suburb. Is it inside the service area?
Most likely. We write a page for a place once its weather, its water or its housing changes how appliances there should be cared for, and the area we drive to is much wider than that list. The booking form checks your street address the moment you enter it.
Does a visit cost more farther out?
It may, and you would know beforehand. A longer drive that adds to the trip fee is mentioned on the call that confirms your day, and the bill carries exactly that amount.
What do humidity and hard water have to do with upkeep?
Because they set the pace of upkeep. Humid coastal air keeps coils damp so dust sticks, hard water scales ice makers, steam ovens and dishwashers, and long winters keep the laundry running daily, so the same house needs a different calendar from one metro to the next.
I own a rental and my own home. Can one booking cover both?
Book each address separately so each house gets its own service record, and mention the other one in the notes. We try to schedule them on the same day when the two are close.
